I am one class away from graduating.  I presented a strong legal document which nobody has disagreed with.  Prior to these events the University always claims they can't do this or can't do that.  I have met with one of the deans and he was a fair man.  The University complied with the mistake made, but there are politics involved in this mess.

The dean asked a department chair to simply fix another clerical error and the department chair objected him twice.  There are limits in dealing with people at work, but some in the administration might be afraid of me.

I just want to finish one class and get out of school.  I told faculty that this wasn't personal and its not.  However, I pay all my tuition which is overpriced in cash every semester, have legal resources at my disposal, and have several other resources.  I have a life, but if I spend $12,000 cash every calender year...their mistake has cost me about $3,000 in damage...but as a rational human being I don't want to spend my time on this stuff.

How does the power structure work?  I understand some will be allies, some will be politicians, and some always reject decision making.  It is hard for me to understand what "can" and "can't" be done, because most of them are determined to keep the status quo.  One attorney told me not to look into the statutes, because they won't matter in the decision making....and he was right!

thanks! I am so confused?  Any comments would be great.  Understanding the structure is difficult.

Understanding the structure is difficult.

So is understanding your post. What *exactly* is the problem? Did you fail a class? Was something not credited properly?

I didn't want to identify myself...I am a male in strong physical shape, but cyberbullying exists and it was scared me.

But there was a grade change in my favor.

in regards to bullying by teachers...i have experienced everyting...1 bully and 1 that kicked me out of his class for some reason based on discrimination.  The one who kicked me out or "this class isn't for you" actually spent two years in prison for stealing a small amount of book money.  Its a strange world.

I want to be gentle here, but I think the office you need to visit is the counseling office.

Sorry...I know my writing was poor, but it is frustrating when you have the deal with degree plan problems.  I literally have copies of the degree plan that are signed.  The University did suspend me for a year, but I presented evidence that had me readmitted about a week later.

When I was dropped by the school it took me out of a class I was enrolled in and then the class was "full" and I have to wait a summer over this stuff.

OK, please take a deep breath and calm down.  Then, try and write out what you are trying to say here in a way that people here can understand your question.  Before you post it, read it again, and see if it somebody who does not have any knowledge of your background can understand it.

Based on the scant information provided, OP seems to have already threatened legal action, if not overtly, then in a less obvious way: a great way to make friends.

OP was suspended for a year, but reinstated a week later.
OP was subsequently bumped out of a class, thus prolonging time-paying-for-tuition.
OP was tossed out of a class by a prof who indicated thatthe class was not for hu.
OP has been cyberbullied.

I have to go with Larry on this one: sounds like counseling is in order.
