Cactus Communications? Anyone?
«

Has anyone heard of or worked with Cactus Communications or, its academic branch, Editage? I've posted this question here because it seems they target post-docs for freelance work.
I got an email from a representative saying that they found my information online (a CV I had posted) and asked if I would be interested in serving as a freelance reviewer in my subject field for their company. They provide English editing services for academics that are ESL.
The only info I can find from a quick search online is either their own web sites or press releases written by the company. I cannot seem to find any reviews or experiences people have had with Cactus Communications. Anyone have anything they would like to share?

Sounds like a prickly situation to me...
