In my book - yes, but she explained it as "she didn't realize that she had not earned an A.A. degree - she thought that they came automatically with the B.A. degree, as in if you get a B.A, then you have an A.A."  That our university has an A.A. degree just made it easier for her to claim it.... I am still scratching my head with the thought that if we did not have an A.A. degree, would she just claim it came from nearby CC with an Underwater basketweaving major?  That she would get it without attending? 

Un, no.  Not the way things work.

She got a 0 for the assignment, the most that I can do given the university policies.

Now, the Dean will listen to her, but with the exception of the conference has not asked anyone to change their teaching behaviors.  So, yes, she talks to the Dean, but it doesn't get her extra points.

Just wanted to clarify that part.

Yikes.

Well, at least you called her on it. You may have saved her from being fired down the road -- although I doubt she'll thank you for it ;)
