Really, hasn't this nonsense been done to death?

When are we going to laugh out of the profession people who believe that the point of
Pride and Prejudice
is just the way women choose acceptable mates, or that Hamlet's whole problem is that he has "stepfather issues."
Waste of bandwidth....

That's not Hamlet's problem. it is ours, because we are part of mankind.
No man is an island, nor even a hamlet.
