Hi Doccan,
what do they mean for "Professional allowance" and "Occupational allowance"?

I found these figures on a recently advertised job at KU school of dentistry
http://www.hsc.edu.kw/DENTISTRY/index.asp?page=salary

are allowances cumulative? If so, an associate professor would earn more than KD 3000
is that correct?

Thanks for your time
