Hi All,

I would like to apply for a non-tenure track AP position (contract for 3 years and renewable). The responsibilities of the position mainly teaching undergrad and grad courses. It was not mentioned anything about research or about externally funded research in the job advertisement. The same department has given another advertisement for a tenure-track AP position and one of the requirements of this position is externally funded research inaddition to teaching responsibilities.

Pleade advise me whether I can include the statement of research interests in the application to the non-tenure track AP position.

Discuss your research in your cover letter. Do not include a separate document if the ad didn't ask for it.
