I thought this was the Anti-Mite Flail Movement thread?

I know some students who are looking for the Anti Might Fail thread.

I, too, believe that white whales should stay still.

Aren't the white ones the "minke" or some other strange name?  I'm against them because they look like horribly mishapened aliens.

I like those good looking white and black ones and the "Moby Dick kind of whales."*

*Yeah, that's what I actually call that kind of whale...

"Whadda you think?  A book called Moby DICK, about a SPERM whale, taught to you by a man named Mr. COX?  Goddam right it's a book about sex!"

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for this.  I needed a LOL tonight.

I recommend pages 414-5.

Ahab?  Have you been posting about that goddam whale AGAIN?!!! Enough, already!!  We know the story.  Yes, he got your frikkin' leg.  Now get over it.  You have another one, don't you?  It's not like it kept you from sailing a frikkin' boat, did it!
I swear, if I have to hear about that dumb whale ONE MORE TIME, I don't know what I'll do.

I'm thinking that this thread is a little too feminist for my blood.

I mean, what about Uncle White Whale Movement?  Huh?  What about him?

No, I cannot quote anything from Moby Dick, having never read it.

??  But I thought it was about a whale, not an owl.

I am so confused.
