I interviewed at the conference. Wiki rejections and campus visits were both posted on Friday. I didn't get either. What does that mean?

No news is no news. Either the invite is pending or they are sending rejections in batches.
Go for a walk or drive. Get away from your computer.

It could mean that they're holding you in reserve as an alternate, in case the first batch of campus visits don't result in a hire.
It could also mean that your candidacy has been sucked into a job market black hole, never to be heard from again.
Either way, it beats a rejection notice.

Not to bring you down, but in my experience, and on both sides of the table, there seems to be a lack of communication. On the candidate side, more often than not, Ive learned about a job when I saw the person they hired at the next conference.... not notes, not letters, no emails... On the committee side, I ve had to request that we actually send out notes to those that applied once the job was filled.
So not getting a note is not an indication of anything. It is just another of the many things that are out of your control. Hopefully, like me, when you get a job, you can try to prod your employer to return to the polite world and send a note to those who sent one to you.
