Technical interviewed, and they planted in the Human Resources Department, alas
What happened yesterday is really depressed

Last week, stumbled quite accidentally into Saturday went to a company that develops a head of the Ministry of just in the company (originally day weekend of), so the way would perhaps I interviewed a pass
That team leader asked the question a lot of basic knowledge (C #, asp.net, database issues), but fortunately basically cross the border, and head of the yew I was a Pass.

This week on Monday, the company's project manager has to find even staged a interview, but also made copies of written tests, manager's interest is primarily distributed development (WebService, etc.), as well as databases of exception handling, etc., about two more than an hour, alas, the basic can be considered to be. when managers talk about it more exciting, Hong Kong, probably an avid IT person bar, Ha ha! He was also quite sure that I also decided to request me with the head of the charge of the day who are rescued, and even after the initial planning of the module to do what, when his heart was also quite happy about it.

Every other day until Wednesday, they called the company again came, saying that their leadership wants to an interview, scheduled for 15:30. So I went early to their company (almost half an hour earlier), reception of my young lady talking about even a minute, not over their leadership may be waiting for about an hour not see the shadows, and my heart can not help but some anxiety (no way, others leading Well) may from time lucky, later ran with that lady I am very sorry that there would want to open their leadership can not be driven over, and call again tomorrow, let me know. no way, so I feel disappointed back. (There is also a day the girls had just graduated from Jilin University, also came to the interview, and we at bus stops and had a talk for a while)

Yesterday, I went early to the vicinity of the company to prepare them for reading a book city notified by telephone. Sure enough, more than 10 o'clock by telephone, and informed me 16:30 to the interview. Into their company, a word ---- and so on. Waited more than two hours about it, is 6:30, and eventually leading to I passed. One began to become more nervous or excited, because look at the trappings of his bosses thought it was (because the boss before the project manager said they may also come to me to talk about), and later realized he was the manager of the Ministry of Personnel. This is my hand, peace of mind a lot, he asked me some basic conditions, previous work experience, and what my future plans, I have basically the same endorsement to answer him. then talked talked quite easy-going sense of the examiner, but also quite interesting, so he talked more and more distant topics, talking of. Finally, I told him about the next treatment, he basically did not have any objection (I have the treatment is not high, only 2.8K, In addition, they provide six-month stay). something to do with the personnel manager, to talk about for nearly two hours, is already 20 o'clock, others are from work mostly 啦. the last manager told me that my very good condition, no other questions, indicating days to me called to do a final notice (that is today), I gave it away casually. then I said to myself, this work should be regarded as formed and feeling very well, out of the company even made the people out the door. Later in the ride elevator encounter when it comes to the initial interview that my head before I could react, he asked me smile with no Gaoding work, I said, not ~ have to wait for personnel managers call. Has always felt the head of the people are very nice, but also a fellow with the province, I am grateful to holding his hand and said: that day, or would like to thank you, big brother, for me, the project manager, said before a lot of good words. He laughed with said to me: it was not the main, or look at your abilities.

Today, I am filled with hope that the personnel manager who has been waiting for the phone, can be said that in a minute a minute and so on, until now even half of the film could be there. Today, passed soon, I feel my current the greater the opportunity to the more remote, more and more felt were deceived. In order for the job I basically spent a week it really so OVER it? In this process, I also turned down a bar code device to do the system's 呀! Naive bar, Oh, What a fool I am, alas!

Ask your friends who tell us, what lessons should I learn from this?

I'm thinking this should be my new signature line:

Personally, I kinda like this line:

Quote
I gave it away casually...

Right there's your problem, I think.

I was thinking more along the lines of Jonathan Safran Foer, outtakes from Everything is Interpolated

This is poetry. To wit:

This is my hand, peace of mind a lot,
he asked me some basic conditions,
previous work experience, and what
my future plans,
I have basically the same endorsement to answer him.

then talked talked quite easy-going sense of the examiner,
but also quite interesting,
so he talked more
and more
distant topics,
talking of.

Finally, I told him about the next treatment,
he basically did not have any objection
(I have the treatment is not high, only 2.8K, In addition, they provide six-month stay).
something to do with the personnel manager,
to talk about for nearly two hours,
is already 20 o'clock,

others are from work mostly

My rule of thumb is never interview any later than 18 o'clock. That's when the Naive bar is least trustworthy.

Spring0105:

I think you will not get advice here about this.
1) Your story is difficult to understand. There is a language problem.  And the story is long and complicated.
2) You are interviewing for corporate jobs that we can't advise about.  This is an academic forum.  Almost everyone here is a university professor, teacher, researcher, administrator, graduate student, or someone who works for a university.
3) The customs of your country are probably different than in the U.S., Europe, or Canada, the countries that most people here live in.

The only thing I can say is that interviewing is stressful and sometimes bad for most people.  It seems to go well during the interview, then the person does not call.  Who knows why?  There is nothing you can do, only keep trying.

Good luck.

In all honesty, it looks to me like a Google Translate problem. Sometimes the results that produces are beyond incomprehensible.

I'm just going on a wildass hunch here, but I'm guessing the interview didn't go well?

I've had student papers written exactly like that.  Do you suppose they used Google translate to go from bad English into another language and back to English?

I wonder what really happened to Spring?
