I teach at an urban Jesuit institution.  My sexual orientation and religion (or lack thereof) are not issues.

At a Jesuit school, no problem.

At a Catholic school that isn't Jesuit, it could be a problem.  At this kind of school, you'll have a fraction of seriously Catholic administrators who are annoyed that there is tolerance of diversity.  Whether or not these people have power varies among institutions - and also as institutions change.  But Jesuits, they're chill about this, and are proud of being the intellectuals of the church.
