Do I list (very) new supervisor as a reference?

So I just started a postdoc in November. I have a couple years on this postdoc, so I am only selectively applying to jobs this year. Do you think it will look bad if I don't list my current supervisor as a reference? I've only just begun working with him - I don't know if he has much to evaluate me on. He knows I am applying for jobs, so I'm not trying to hide that, I just feel like he doesn't have much to go on... but I am worried about sending up a red flag by not listing him.
Thoughts?

You should definitely list your current postdoc supervisor, since you do not intend to hide

Yes. Otherwise the committee will immediately start wondering why you didn't and what's you're hiding. At worst the committee will call your supervisor, Supervisor will likely say something along the lines of "well I've only been supervising scampster for two months, so keep that in mind..." and the call might be one of the less informative references. But you will have given it, making it a non-issue.

Your supervisor recently hired you, right? In your application and interviews, along with a couple months of working for him, there should be enough material for him to work with.
