I just used this system to apply for a job online...terrible experience.  Is it just me on a mac, or have others had problems with this interface?

Just to be clear, is this what you're referring to?

That's them.  The worst on-line application interface I've dealt with.

Sorry to be of no help whatsoever, as I obviously haven't used it, but I am curious (in case I have to use it in the future).  May I ask what made it such a "terrible experience" for you?  What was it about the interface that was problematic?  I guess I'm asking for a few more details on what went wrong.

There were many problems with the interface.  One was a logical sequence problem where a question was asked about having uploaded a document that you couldn't have already uploaded. There were other problems with uploading documents where the interface didn't give a clear indication about how or when to upload the documents asked for.  You had to test or experiment to see what they might or could have meant.  I thought the whole thing was a mess.  It reminded me of internet shopping circa 1996.
