simply transcript question..

This should be obvious to me but it's not.

If they request official transcript, will my sealed "Official Transcript--Void of Envelope Seal is Broken" transcript do, or must it be mailed directly from the Registrar??

Simply, the one with the signature over the seal should be fine. :)
