Dear all,

After conducting an online search and a search of the forum and coming up with nothing, I wanted to ask about Bookenclave. I submitted an article to a journal, and the editor has responded by asking if I would consider letting it be published in a book instead. I would need to submit a statement to the editor on letterhead, confirming that the work is not under consideration elsewhere and has not been previously published. This last request makes me think that Bookenclave is not a vanity press, and my article apparently has gone through a vetting process. When I inquired about its status (I submitted it 9 months ago), the editor told me she had not heard back from the readers.

Do you know anything about Bookenclave? I've never been in this situation. Typically, my work is accepted and published or rejected.

Thanks in advance to responding to this strange inquiry.

They appear to be an India publisher, with primarily Indian authors.
