Any info out there about Rutgers, Newark as a place to work?  I do see that there's an older thread about the school, but it's not spectacularly useful so I thought I'd start again.

I'm not interested in information about the city of Newark, which, of course, has some problems.  Overall, I really like the area and would love to live there.  What the other thread is missing and what I'm hoping to learn is information about teaching load, research support, tenure expectations, etc. (I'm in a social science field).

Thanks in advance!
