A sentence about how you are so highly regarded that you have been encouraged to go up for early tenure could have been included in one of your letter writer's recommendation (assuming you have one from your institution).  Otherwise there isn't a obvious good way for you to throw it out there.

An aside:  I have a junior colleague who has some fans among the senior faculty and is well-liked by the dean.  They have been suggesting to the rest of the tenured faculty that we might consider him early.  So it was pretty humorous when his fourth year review external letter writer (a big name in his field) said he would be a good tenure candidate in SEVERAL YEARS.  Ooops.
