I am currently a graduate assistant in the career center at a small liberal arts college in New England. I am studying higher education administration and my graduate assistantship is going to focus on career services for the co-ed graduate student population. I've taken on the task of doing a feasability analysis to come up with programs or policies that will meet the needs of this population and was wondering if anyone might be willing to share their own experiences.

I am looking for any programs that might have been in place at your institution(s) geared towards graduate students that you found helpful or successful. If it's not too personal please include the name of the institution so I am able to do follow-up research on their programs.

I would also be interested in knowing if you have any ideas or needs that weren't met by your career service office, but you felt should have been.

Additionally if you are aware of any resources that might be helpful that would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your time and effort.
