Hi,
I am trying to see how I can get a copy of an article that appeared in the Chronicle on financial responsibility tests adminstered by the DoE. A google search yields this link which appears to be broken:
http://chronicle.com/weekly/v55/i39/39a02101.htm?utm_source=at&utm_medium=en

The URL leads me to believe that the article I am looking for appeared in volumn 55, issue 39 of some sort of weekly newsletter. Can anyone help me find the article.

Thanks in advance,
Rajesh

Thanks

This is exactly what I was looking for. Do you think I'd have any luck obtaining the Dept of Ed analysis under an FOIA request?

The formula used by ED is part of the regs (34 CFR part 668). As to the actual analysis of particular institutions, the answer is probably no, as some of the information is considered proprietary to the institution. More, such an analysis may be deemed part of predecisional materials and thus outside the scope of FOIA.

Thanks so much - once again this is exactly the information that I was looking for.
