Life is short. Love your loved ones while you can.

When I click "show new replies to your posts" =>  FILE NOT FOUND.

When the you have messages things pops up and I click it, it opens another window with -> FILE NOT FOUND.

When I get to the messages the slow way (I.e. I have to notice I have one and click the message button) and click the top one and read the message, when I click REPLY, it goes to a page with -> FILE NOT FOUND.

It's like your new forums were designed by Microsoft...  So not functional or friendly.

I just got something similar as well.

Also, a few times I've gotten a blank page, and had to hit the reload button to see the content.

Also, I got trapped in a loop where a box kept popping up asking me to confirm my identity (log in again). When I did so, the box went away, then reappeared. I repeated this a few times until I quit my browser.

This is all with Safari 4.

Edit: just got the blank page again when I hit "Submit." Then again when I hit "Modify." Had to reload both times to see the content.

The blank page thing is making this unusable for me right now. I have the activity window open in Safari, and every time I get the blank page, the activity window reports an internal server error.

Same here.

I just had to reload my page over a dozen times (literally) just to log in.

If this is the way the CHE is going to be, I'll find a new toy, thanks very much.

Really, this is the best they could do?  Terrible.  Fails the useability test in every way.

I'm using Firefox on my Mac.

Chime, chime, chime on the failure to load pages, lost posts, and random errors of login.

I know nothing works right out of the box, but I hope people are frantically working to fix these problems.

It all worked fine until you guys west of the Atlantic woke up.... so the fora work, if only about 5 people are logged in. Unfortunately, the whole idea of the forum is a conversation with a rather large community, which seems to not work at all.

This is doing nothing to aid my crankiness today.

Yup, I got a blank page when I tried to reply to this thread (and previously when I tried to view the forum and a thread and even the CHE mainpage as well.  I'm on a PC using Firefox.  Reloading twice seemed to get this page back.  *fingers crossed that I can post*

That is my observation too (also from across the pond). No blank pages or error messages until I came back about 30 minutes ago, now they are happening every second page I access.

So, not only is the font size wrong, but every third page (for me) fails to load.

I know from experience that SimpleMachines forums don't run this badly as a matter of course. These problems are not "bugs;" instead, they are the result of mistakes during implementation (understandable and easily excusable) and lack of testing (inexcusable) on the part of CHE's Web designers.
