So, I live in pain and do whatever I can with yoga and naturopathic external treatments since I refuse to get hooked on pain meds.
Renilouise, I'm the OP on this thread, started back in the summer of 2009. If you're still in pain, know that you don't have to resort to pain meds for lasting relief. Once I started to see a physical therapist who
specialized in SI joint issues, the relief I got was substantial and lasting. She was able to gradually reposition the bones and ligaments, and strengthen the supporting structures to keep everything in place. For me, it was well worth the time and money.
