Are there good websites with faculty listings for academic jobs down under?  Something like the Aussie equivalent to jobs.ac.uk, for example?  Any advice appreciated, and especially comments about the best employers in Australia for assistant/associate professors from the USA/UK.

Try campusreview.com.au, and seek.com.au (which is a general jobs database, narrow by industry to 'education').
Some Australian universities also advertise on the Association of Commonwealth Universities site, but it seems not many.

Best employers? In this economy, the ones who have posts to advertise!
