PsychD! Got to keep patting yourself on the back for anything you get done, no matter how small some part of your brain might be saying it is.
I have been feeling better since about the 2nd week of May--had a challenging week about 4 days into housetraining my puppy, but that was mostly the lack of sleep.
The one thing the puppy is doing for me is forcing me to adhere to a schedule and get exercise, even if it is only walking around the block with lots and lots of stops.
