Yep, there's several new ones that have popped up in the last few years that didn't make that list.
Point is, of course, that there are well more than 16 (I think the number is 90 now?)

There's no such thing as University of Ontario. Perhaps you mean the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (whatever that means...). Also, it must be an old list, because a bunch of those University Colleges have since become full-fledged universities. It's interesting to see the rise of what are effectively PUIs in Canada.
