DvF, I can't help it if you've chosen to go to some dental hack instead of a qualified dental surgeon. You may have had poor experiences, but that doesn't mean that everyone has. I'd go back to my surgeon in a heartbeat if I ever needed oral surgery again. It's been a little over a month since I had all four pulled at once, and have had no problems.
If you need another pulled, Secretweapon, and you haven't already paid, I'd try to go somewhere else, where they know what they're doing. It doesn't have to hurt.
