I am not a motivational expert but have done some reading on this. If you happen to be so sincerely negative in your classroom, you are helping many to persist and succeed. Sometimes that sincerely negative input is what the students need. God Bless!

Alan Reverse motivation or negative motivation is used with star athletes and entertainers all the time. Ever hear of motivation, peak performance, performance cycle, Johari window etc?
