Veleda, I know what you mean.  It's not like I don't know better.  Then again, Dad died of lung cancer (smoked for 30+ years) when I was 16. . . . yet I decided 10 years ago to start smoking.  DUH.  (And my sister is an RN, and has worked both as a transplant scrub nurse and in cardiac and oncology ICU, and she's been smoking for the past 15 years.)  Yep, we're not any too smart sometimes. . . . but seriously, it's one thing to "know" what to do, but another to DO it.
