I hope my post supported what macaroon says, rather than undermining it. The fertility issues are real. Just because there are some success stories, doesn't mean that everyone can be one. That's why I said the thing about accepting it as a reality and being okay with it was really important, and I wanted to stress that it isn't important just because it might lower your cortisol levels so that you can get pregnant...because that might not help at all. It is important for your mental health, so that you can live a happy life in spite of where your fertility goes.
