Also, whether there are any free... online learning options that award some sort of certificate or degree.

Is Wiki University up and running yet?

I've taken a few online learning courses at this point, through Harvard Extension, National University and a local JC here in California Santa Monica College.  Overall, you're going to get out as much as you put in.  Harvard was great in that they had normal professors teaching the online course, National has been hit or miss and the JC is simply charging you for taped lectures.

Best of luck, but in my experience the more "live" classes you can have, the better off the education is going to be!
Wellll, that's interesting.  For a spammer you certainly seem unusually well educated.

Still, I always thought that beer went better with spam.

Hello..
Its great top think about the on line  learning process. There are many of the new e learning system are developed. If you are a Maths or Physics or Chemistry or a Biology student and looking for an on line e learning system then here is one great place for you to learn the concepts of these subjects and also there will be a scope to gain an on line degree from these subjects. The Rapid E Learning centre

Really? Because I had always heard that Rapid E. Learning was a front for the North American Man-Boy Love Association.

No, you are confusing it with Rabid E. Learning, a cousin of Wile E. Coyote.

Did you forget your link?

You should start working towards a college degree.  Doing so will improve your memory, attention span and ability to complete tasks properly.
