I am an attorney licensed in the U.S. with extensive experience managing court systems in the U.S.  I have authored or co-authored three (soon to be 4) extensive law review articles in addition to books and court research materials.  I have been involved with courts and legislative matters on the U.S. state and national level.  Currently, I am working with the judiciary in Kosovo to help them establish and develop their judicial system.  I have taught courses in history, government and appellate practice and procedures.

I am interested in opportunities to teach overseas through U.S. or host nation universities and programs. Areas of the world that I can consider include Europe (Eastern and Western), Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, the Carribean.

Suggestions on organizations or universities to contact, opportunities available and/or individuals who may have contacts or information would be appreciated.
