Non-Oxbridge/LSE/UCL MSc or MA programs in politics - hidden gems

I'm broadening my search for academic programs in political philosophy in the UK. I'm wondering if you might know of any good programs that are not at the typical top 4 universities. Any universities anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland with innovative, if not terribly prestigious, programs?

UCL's politics programme is OK, but it's definitely not top 4. Have a look at: Warwick, St Andrews, Essex, Aberystwyth, KCL, Durham, Sheffield and York.
