Seek advise from people who have experienced on-line tutorials position . On line tutorials promises much higher income than a teachers salary there also is a promise of much more free time .Is it advisable?

Don't quit one job until you have another one. And when you have the other one secured, they will tell you the pay and the benefits, and you can compare and contrast, and then decide if you want to quit your other job.
