Inspired at least by the list of songs Max Clio gives in his CHE article here:

http://chronicle.com/jobs/news/2008/07/2008072501c.htm

and not interested in a discussion of Clio's vocation, which already has a thread of its own, what songs top your list for venting job-related frustrations?

For me, if I were coming up with a "see ya!" song, it would have to be Led Zeppelin's "Ramble On."  For my old uni, it would be "Your Time is Gonna Come."  Oh, and has it...

I'll go for Cecil Taylor, since he can create the frustration and sublimate it at the same time.

Rage Against the Machine. Especially "Killing in the Name Of". Listen and you'll know why.

"One of these mornings" by Moby

Lyrics:
One of these mornings
Won't be very long
You will look for me
And I'll be gone
