I am new to the forum, however I have learned so much by reading some of the postings. I will be finished with my MS Secondary Ed with 18 graduate hours in history this May. I currently teach in the secondary education system (undergrad in social science), however I am interested in teaching online and as an adjunct face-2-face. With this background, what do you think my chances are of landing a job with one of the online setups or a community college type setting? I read several of the posts in regards to job searches however I wanted some of your opinions relative to my situation. Thanks...

Getting an adjunct gig or two is entirely doable.  Many of those online schools have a "work here" link on their home page.  About face to face, just send you CV and cover letter to all schools within reasonable commuting distance, and repeat that every six months.
