There are some participant reports on the website, but I thought I'd see what forumites had to say.

They look more like ElderHostel personal enrichment seminars than anything you'd wish to
put on a CV. Probably not a bad way to go if you don't mind spending the extra money
to have a very structured/educational tourist experience -- and probably better than
commercial tour group. But not something I could see any but the richest and most
clueless administrator funding.
