I have an offer of a reasonably well paid administrative position at Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal.

Thoughts and opinions on the university and the area?    I've lived in central Illinois before so I'm familiar with the weather and the cornfields, but I know nothing whatsoever of B-N.
