I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question in, but I'm interviewing for jobs in the US after 15 years in the UK. I'm interviewing for senior jobs, so I would start with tenure, but what other things should I be considering? For example, after so long in the UK, I don't know anything about US health benefits or what's considered good. Also, are there other questions that I should ask if I get an offer?

I think that there are questions you also need to ask from the other end as well. Have you checked out what a move to the US is going to do to your ability to receive your UK pension when you retire?
