Good Qatar or UAE startup package (engineering/CS)

I've heard a number of good things about salaries in Gulf region, but I don't know the details, so I was wondering what should be considered as a good startup package for an assistant prof. in Qatar or UAE in engineering and CS (I've heard such things as free housing and similar is included, so I wonder what all these typical perks are as well as typical salary info).

The "standard" package for ANY job in the Gulf worth having includes the following: Free housings (or a large enough housing subsidy to make it virtually free), free full medical for employee and children (usually up to three) up to ages 18, annual round-trip airfare to point of hire for employee and children (up to 18), and tax-free income. This is virtually every university job in the Gulf from language instructors on up to full professors.
Full-time faculty might expect a few additional perks such as free membership in recreation clubs, first-class vs. economy airfare, paid expenses for conference travel, and possibly (only possbily) some sort of subsidy for education for children. The actually salary might not initiall seem that high but keep in mind that this money might go further than the same amount would back home. However, the costs of living (and living well) in The UAE and Qatar are skyrocketing.
