I'm curious whether this is a legitimate press.

The reason I ask is: I get emails from them *all the time* touting journals that have nothing to do with me. I don't know how they got my email (it's publicly available, but I didn't sign up), and every time it's a different sender so I can't block them.

The faculty associated with the press seem very reputable, but it's driving me crazy. It's basically academic spam.

Any help? I'm in history, and these journals are outside my field, so I appeal to the collective wisdom.

Yes they are legitimate.  In order to access a paper in one of their journals, I had to fill out a form.  Now I receive frequent automatic emails regarding this journal from the editor.  Its annoying.
