someone here posted a question regarding CVs, so i might as well ask it:

do you guys put study abroad experiences on your resume, whether it's applying for grad school or an academic job (you're already in a grad program)?

i studied at cambridge (in england!) for one year, so that's 25% of my college experience. i worked with one of the top professors in my field in europe (slightly less so in north america, but still known). i worked hard that year, on research and stuff. it's not like i was at the university in the caribbeans having sun and all fun. my year abroad at cambridge was purely academic. in fact, they call study abroad students "visiting readers," which is kinda cool.

so do you guys include it? my experience was very relevant to my field

The secret of teaching is to appear to have known all your life what you learned this afternoon.

I would include it. Normally, because it would indicate language proficiency. In this case, because it shows an unusual research experience. If your intended grad research relates to English or European history, this may show the origins of that interest, as well.
