ACCSCT accreditation

I was not sure which forum to post this in, so if any of you have a better recommendation, please let me know.
My question is about the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology. Do they care if a college is teaching outdated versions of software? For example, technology schools that choose to teach Office 2003 instead of Office 2007, even though we know that Microsoft will stop selling and supporting Office 2003? Is this something that the ACCSCT is even concerned with?
I know that, personally it drives me crazy that "technology" colleges make these decisions, but do accrediting bodies care?
Any thoughts on this matter would be helpful.
Thank you.

The best place to find this stuff out is in the accreditor's standards document. They all have something like this, usually on their web site.
My own view, FWIW, is that a class on Microsoft Office should not involve college credit.

Adapting Zharkov a bit to this situation, ignorance and confusion can explain a lot.
