My brother's girlfirend makes a ton of money (well, by teacher's standards) teaching Spanish PT for the Florida Virtual School. They beg her to go full-time (in addition to her FT HS teaching job). She thinks it's a pretty good gig. I looked into for part-time income, but you have to have permanent Florida teaching ceritification.
