I am doing some research on diversity initiatives in higher education. Specifically, I am interested in starting new initiatives to support and integrate diversity efforts at my institution.
In addition, I am looking for information on how I, as a professor, can support minority students (including ethnicity, sexual orientation, learning disabilities, etc) in my courses.
I am looking for specific books, articles, or big names related to these topics. Of course I have done my own search but thought I might find additional information here.
