hat --check
coat -- check
feather boas -- check.

But will I need winter boots? or can I get by with just shoes?

Yeah, but what if I don't make it to the airport on time? Or the pilot makes a mistake and I'm not there to correct it?

Not that I'm a control freak or anything...

It will be around freezing, with some light snow some days. Not enough to worry about, I don't think.

If the pilot does not fly well, you need to fly on hus behalf.
Watch Jodi Joster movies and you will know how to.

Thanks -- Jodie Foster knows all and can survive any potentially dangerous situation. And she likely wouldn't bother with boots for the MLA so I shan't either. Neither would Will Smith need boots, and he's my other hero. And with that, I'm off to pack and to brush up on flight plans. Thanks!

If Jodi Foster is an interviewEE at MLA, she might get all the campus invitations.

I heard there is going to be a big wild party this year for those in the know.  You have to wear a small yin-yang pin - if you're wearing it, someone will approach you with the information on where and when (as well as what to wear).

I hear the party is going to be pretty extreme as well.

And isn't it some kind of community test for job seekers?

Freezing in Chicago now.

As to fine dinning: It is just impossible to compete with those (local and tourist) families, who have good cheer to line up in front of numerous restaurants in Chicago.
