I'm an ABD in the U.S., looking to explore academic opportunities in the UK. I'm in the communication/new media field. I have no idea where UK jobs are posted. Are there any boards or specialized email lists? Thanks.

Expatinuk seems to be a Soviet Satellite in stationary orbit over the UK

That's the Times Educational Supplement which lists primary and secondary school jobs. The OP would be much better off with the Times Higher Educational Supplement, unless they really want to work in the hell that is the UK state school system.

As expat says, jobs.ac.uk will have most things, and those it doesn't have will be in THES or in The Guardian on Tuesdays. Very, very occasionally, you might find a new media job in academia in the Guardian's New Media jobs or the IT and Telecoms section.
