We've had our form put on a spreadsheet and we're told to put down actual time spent.  I like that better because I get to scream... I'm working 47-57 hours a week you nimrods....

Ooh, I did do this for another admin document in which we had to insert figures for time spent per week on something. I kept it to one decimal place only, but I think I might be getting a bad rep with the people upstairs.

I was 'loosely advised' by my head of department to 'forget' to return my form last year (we seem to use a sample of staff). I was on sabbatical and he was concerned I would dilute the figures by being the only person actually complying with the European Working Time Directive. Certainly the two weeks that were sampled last year would look very different to my normal working pattern.
