GREEN PANTS!  Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Note - SO calls this my 'single' outfit (among several I have) - i.e., if I had worn it when we met, I'd still be single.

Right now, an orange tie-dyed t-shirt and blue pj pants.

But, because I didn't think this warranted its own thread, I interrupt this post to bring you some wonderful news about interview attire.

Folks, now is the time to buy your fall and winter suits. They are on super-duper clearance as stores try to clear out all their winter merchandise to stock up on Easter dresses.

I was at Marshall's this past weekend, and got over $1,000 worth of clothes for about $300. No joke. I found a $280 Jones New York suit for $50, a $200 Nine West suit for $50, a $140 Ralph Lauren skirt for $40 (Seriously? Who pays $140 for a skirt?), and Danskos (Danskos, people) for $30. Plus lots of other fun stuff. You can't beat a suit for $50. I had just gone in to browse, so I felt really guilty when I left having spent $300, but I couldn't pass up some of those deals. If you even think you might be in need of an interview suit for the fall, I am serious when I say now is the time to go shopping for it.

Sock, as in one? Oh no.

The I'm about to go grocery shopping outfit: jeans, converse sneakers (blue), t-shirt, black fleece, navy pea coat and preppy hair-band.  It's a look I like to call "Mainline preppy" meets "depressed academic".

Hooray for warmer weather!

You are totally allowed, fully.  Everybody should respond.

Funnily enough, every time I read this thread I'm wearing black and white.

However, this time I also have bright green socks on.

The top is fresh from the cleaners. The bottom does not quite fit. The spectacles neither add nor subtract from the presentation. The hair is there.
