"Mustafa began the evening welcoming the crowd in Islamic, Hebrew, and English, wishing everyone peace."
The student spoke "Islamic?" Surely Schall meant Arabic? It is a nitpick, but still, it was the column's final surprise.

I had a friend who used to refer to Latin as "Catholic" (as in, "how do you say that in Catholic?"). I'm pretty sure s/he was kidding.
