Hi there,

I will be shortly interviewing (by phone) for a postdoc at the University of Bristol. As a European who has been trained and has worked in the U.S. and who has just recently returned to Europe, I was wondering if any of you had insights on:
- Postocs in the UK, and especially the interview process/types of questions asked
- The University of Bristol and life there
- do's and dont's regarding getting a job at a UK interview while coming from abroad.

Thank you so much in advance! This job interview means a lot to me...

Read the forum. There is a lot of information here about interviews in the UK - they don't vary much between post-doc and lecturer.

Good luck.

It's not procrastination. It's "just in time" delivery.
