I have done my taxes for years. Just recently starting paying $35. for the software so that I can submit them online. (I make too much to be able to do if for free.)

My sister said I'm the toughest person she nows.
Just because I survived GD's health problems and brain surgery, a miscarriage, and graduate school.
Like I had a choice? Running away just wasn't an option.
Hey. I was the one bouncing off the floor and had the brain surgery and then bounced off of the floor some more.

I wasn't putting down what you went through, honey. Just saying what my sister said. I wouldn't have survived what YOU went through.

This is a lovely and endearing use of the term "honey" on the fora, and I appreciate it. It is - dare I say it - sweet.

I stood on my cat once. It was an accident. She's still around. She doesn't hold it against me.

Are you SURE about that? Do you know where your shoes are? Might want to go look.

I didn't stand on the cat, but I did put a chair down on his tail. He bit me. I didn't blame him.
I'm not all that tough (although I did bear a 9-pound, 2.5 ounce baby with a gigantic head without benefit of anesthesia of any kind (but not by choice--damned midwife who tricked me)), but Vox Principalis is. She once ventured onto the Yahoo! forums. This made a big impression on me.
