Moving Companies - Opinions?

I am moving to the UK. In my area in the US the following companies are options. Please let me know if you have used on of these companies and if you do or do not recommend them (and why). My uni is reimbursing me for the move, but I'd like to come in under budget, if I can.
Air 7 Seas
Coral Sea Shipping
Cross Country Van Lines
Global Ocean Freight
Int'l Movers Lead
Omega Shipping
Southern Group
Thanks. I'll add more companies if I learn of more, these are the ones that I know of so far.

Your environment sounds vaguely toxic. Or maybe just characteristically British.

I moved to the UK last December from Arizona. I did a web search and came up with a long list of movers, and eventually selected the following company to move our household:
Jose Marrero
International Relocation Counselor
Sentry International
815 South Main Street
Jacksonville, FL 32207
904-858-1202 (phone)
904-858-1284 (fax)
Jose reps for Sentry, and they did a superb job on both ends of the move. They kept me informed of shipping progress, there were no surprises anywhere along the line, and the stuff arrived and was delivered as promised. I thought the initial quote was a bit high, but after comparing them to others, it was about mid-range. The lower quotes failed to include additional extras, like customs taxes, documentations, and all sorts of things about which I knew nothing and would have been unhappily surprised over in the UK. These guys took care of all the details. It made a stressful event less stressful. Be advised, however, that shipping your stuff to the UK (by ship...) will take 6-8 weeks...
